Prosecutor Accused of DUI

Her charges came after she hit a parked vehicle located in the 500 block of E. Fellows Street in Dixon, Illinois. Thankfully, the vehicle was not occupied at the time of the accident. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of November 15.

Miller was also unharmed in the accident. She was arrested and charged with DUI after her blood alcohol content registered above .08, the legal limit. Miller was additionally charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

She was taken to Lee County Jail and was subsequently released after she posted bond.
