Montana Fishburne, daughter of actor Lawrence Fishburne, was arrested for DUI in Fort Lauderdale. Police say that she was dodging another car that had slowed down for a crash and hit another vehicle.
The video shows her failing field sobriety tests and taking the opportunity to urinate off a guard rail. Officers cuffed her and tested her breath. She was twice over the legal limit. She plans on pleading not guilty to the six charges she was hit with. She is currently out on bond and will be back in court later this year.
