The Los Angeles DUI Attorney Diabetes Scholarship is open to both undergraduate and post-graduate students attending or accepted to any accredited college or university within the United States. Scholarship applicants must be scheduled to enroll within one semester of the application deadline. Applicants may be required to provide proof of diabetes diagnosis. Failure to produce the requested proof shall disqualify the applicant. LosAngelesDUIAttorney.com will consider all applications received, and is not responsible for technical issues that prevent applications from being submitted, received and/or considered. The winner of the scholarship will be determined by a selection committee of our choosing and by no other party whatsoever. All decisions of the selection committee are final.

The personal information you submit will be used exclusively for scholarship selection. However, please note that the winner will be publicly announced by name on our website and in other publicity channels. We may also choose to publish or publicly distribute the winning essay, in whole or in part.
