Troopers report that Seymour’s eyes were bloodshot in addition to her being “unsteady on her feet.” They also report that her breath smelled of alcohol.

It reportedly took Troopers requesting to see Seymour’s driver’s licesnce six or seven times before she was able to fumble through her purse to produce it. Seymour refused to take a field sobriety test.

Seymour was taken into custody by state police from Troop G barracks in Bridgeport. She faces charges of driving under the influence and unsafe backing. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond. She’s scheduled to reappear in Stamford Superior Court on February 2nd.
