Mom & Friend Arrested For DUI with 3 Kids in the Car

In an incident that the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department described in a statement as being “a complete disregard to public safety,” a suspected DUI driver and her friend were taken into custody over the weekend. Three children were in the vehicle at the time of their arrest.
